| Day 1 will start in the South East Woodfield Parking lot. Some 450 miles later we will be stopping in Traverse City, Mi. for the night. There is a lot to take in once you make it about 1/2 way up the state, and once you make it up to the peninsula there are enough vistas and shorelines to cause one to think they haven't brought enough film. This day will be the hardest of the days but with an early start it is easily manageable with adequate time to both enjoy the ride and have time to take in the sights. |  |
