| Continuing east on Route 2,
you'll be immersed in heavy forest land. A few small towns will appear here and
there, and there are plenty of places to stop and eat. If you're riding with someone who knows the shortcut to Porcupine State Park, follow them. Otherwise, make your way to the Lake in the Clouds in Porcupine. Period. This is a "Don't Miss" for the trip. The entire Porcupine Mt. area is incredibly beautiful with tree-lined roads that go on forever. Here you'll meet up again with the Lake Superior shoreline. |
