ATL2009 Cost:

We will be charging $40 per participant for ATL2009, of which $20 will be non-refundable. This $40 will be used to cover the following costs on this trip:
  1. Pizza dinner at the Traverse City Hotel, night one of the trip
  2. Wawa BBQ dinner, night two of the trip
  3. All costs related to Breakfast at Grandma's
  4. Administrative costs for organizing the trip

As usual, all participants will be required to sign waivers before going on ATL2009.

Trip Memorabilia:

This year, we will be ordering knit hats with the ATL logo embroidered on them. You need not go on ATL2009 to order a hat. If you would like a hat and are not going on ATL2009, please send a check for $15 and specify whether you would like a royal blue or a grey hat to:

ATL NFP Inc.
1533 Chestnut St.
Elgin, IL 60120

Border Crossing:
Border crossings may be more difficult on ATL 2009. From what is published online, passports for land border crossings will not be required until June 1, 2009.  All US citizens are required to provide a drivers license and a birth certificate until that time, according to what is published here:

Keep in mind that last year, nobody was asked for these documents, but it is in your best interest to apply for a passport immediately and carry it on ATL2009. This will ensure that you are not held up at the border. Information on how to apply for a passport can be found here: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738_2.html
